  1. What was your overall opinion of the book?
It was a really easy read, I loved the banter, the smut, but also how soft they got with each other over the course of the story.

  2. What was your favourite moment/scene in the book?
Dinner with Shane’s parents after they found out! So funny but also so important for Shane and Ilya both.

  3. Which character did you like best/most identify with?
    Liked most? ILYA ROZANOV.

  4. Did any themes or messages in the book change your perspective on anything?
I actually love ice hockey as a sport - it’s become my favourite since I’ve read romance and I have never thought about how few out gay players (I actually think there’s only 1?) there are until I read this series, which must be really horrible for them.

  5. How did the author’s writing style impact your reading experience?
All of the Game Changer series are super easy reads, I can get through them in a days, and they’re thoroughly enjoyable!

  6. Was this book relatable to you in any way?
Noooope. Not a gay man, not a hockey player (or even remotely athletic).

  7. What is the one thing about this book you will remember, even a year from now?
Everything? I read this in December and it’s been living in my head rent free every day since.

  8. How likely would you be to recommend the book to someone else? (use a sliding scale of 1-5 if easier)
10 lol. Although when my dad asked if he and my mum should watch it I said a big fat gay no. They’re not ready for that yet!
