What was your overall opinion of the book?
I loved the general plot - it had just enough mystery to keep it interesting and not feeling like too much of a slog. The concept was different and really cool, and the smut was freaking wild.
-
What was your favourite moment/scene in the book?
When Key watched Lachlan change on the shore of the loch. It felt really sweet and intimate and proved how much they trusted each other.
-
Which character did you like best/most identify with?
Didn’t particularly identify with any of them but the twins were so funny.
-
Did any themes or messages in the book change your perspective on anything?
Not really.
-
How did the author’s writing style impact your reading experience?
I love Lana Ferguson’s fantasy/supernatural books - they’re always a little bit different and she writes them in a really engaging way.
-
Was this book relatable to you in any way?
No…
-
What is the one thing about this book you will remember, even a year from now?
Lachlan’s forked tongue…
-

3 - I love stuff like this but the smut was a bit wild and I know it’s not for everyone!
